- Research, assessment, diagnosis and recommendations during the preliminary project stage to sustainably optimize the design.
- Proposal, development and supervision of viable strategies and technologies for the environmental conditioning.
- Materials or building systems research regarding the origin, clean production, green categorization and impact on the ecologic mark of the building.
- Main plans development of the land according to the environmental care and wild areas preservation guidelines.
- Technical researches for the valuation of projects and civil works of green buildings of industrial, corporative and residential infrastructures.
- Contact and coordination with passive and active technologies suppliers for energetic, luminous, buildings heating/cooling and landscaping (naturalized pools, trombe walls, miniturbines, low consumption illumination, water recycling, etc) efficiency.
- Contact and coordination with suppliers of services and products related to renewable energies, energetic efficiency audits and green certifications. (Carbon marks, water marks, ecologic marks, turbine, aerogenerators, geothermia, LEED, etc).

Building
We build projects of housings and buildings of similar size to guarantee the right execution of the projected strategies and technologies, for which we count with a wide range of suppliers, specialized on executing the products required to achieve works with aesthetic, energythermal and asismic quality./HS
- Topographic lifting and land closing.
- Implementation of provisory connections to services, works facilities, rough work, installation of interior services, and finishing.
- Implementation of gardens and water bodies in the active landscaping line.
- Implementation of green roofs, green walls and Trombe walls.
- Coordination and supervision of the installation of renewable energies generator equipments like miniturbines, aerogenerators and solar panels.
- Coordination and supervision of the naturalized pools and waters recycling implementation.

Provision and installation of Green Roofs
We supply and install Green Roofs in new and existing buildings of all kind and size. Our products are easily adaptable to any kind of roof, surface, structure, impermeabilization and climate, with plane or until 45º sloping slopes, with overweight limitations or even with vehicle loads, with a low maintenance, traditional, with bushes and even with trees vegetation, and with extensive, semi-intensive or intensive uses.
We assess the client in the whole planning and implementation process of the Green Roof, from the preliminary project stage of the building in which the Green Roof will be installed, project, impermeabilization, membranes, growing substrate, vegetation, water, accessories, and even with the later maintenance of it.
We are authorized agents of the oldest and World leader German Company of Green Roofs ZinCo GmbH, to install, represent, and spread its systems through Chile./HS
- Provision and installation of Zinco membranes in any of its 16 set systems or in the combinations adapted to the singularity of each building.
- Provision and installation of plants and substrates, grown and mixed specially for each project, according to the German standards internationally recognized as a quality standard.
- Water provision and installation according to the hydric and maintenance requirements.
- Impermeabilization provision and installation according to the roof vegetation and structure.
- Provision and installation of accessories, such as stainless steel retaining profiles and record boxes in wrought iron or stainless steel, among others.
- Gravels and paves provision and installation for protection, pedestrian-vehicular strips and for landscaping design.
- Coordination and integration of the proposal with projects of other specialties related (landscaping, draining, electricity, water, structural calculation, architectonic design, impermeabilization, siding, and/or paves, among others).
- Planimetric design: Plants, cuts and details in Autocad at the necessary scales and quantities for the right interpretation and implementation of all the products.
- Technical Specifications Development: Written documents complementary to the plans, which will indicate the implementation way, quality and position of the different materials, elements and facilities.
- Preliminary assessment and design in the preliminary project and project stage of the building.
- Installation assessment and feasibility in old and existing buildings.
- Spreading of the environmental and economic benefits of the green roofs at an urban and building level
